Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 102

Pack 102 is chartered by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Okinawa / LCpl Frank C. Allen Memorial Post 9723.
Pack 102 has been active for over 29 years and offers a top notch cub scouting program for boys in the first trough fifth grades.
Pack 102 is a Gold Award Unit in Scouting’s 2011 Journey to Excellence.  Pack 102 has been recognized by BSA as a top Quality Unit for the previous 9 consecutive years and 17 times since its founding in 1982.
Pack 102 is an all-volunteer unit run by parents who are committed to delivering a fun and educational year-round scouting program to all the boys in the Pack.

Interested in learning outdoor skills, hiking, camping, and racing cars in the Pinewood derby? Then Cub Scout Pack 102 may just what you are looking for.  Come check us out.

New Cub Scout registration will be on June 14th, 2012 (the last day of school on Okinawa) at 2pm in Kenney Park.

We currently have openings in all grades (ranks) and have activities planned for the summer of 2012 and throughout the 2012-2013 school year..
Come enjoy some ice-cream during our annual Pack 102 registration drive – play games and meet other Cub Scouts from Pack 102.

09 Jun 2012 - 0900-1300. Car wash fund raiser at Fairchild BK.  Details via e-mail.
14 Jun 2012 - 1400-1600. Ice-cream party and new Cub Scout sign-ups. Kenney Park. Come join Pack 102.
30 Jun 2012 - 0830-1230.  Field trip to Shuri Park and Castle.  Meet at the Kadena USO at 0830 to convoy down or meet there at 0930.  Stay as long as you want.
14 Jul 2012 - 1000 - 1300.  Indoor fun at Wegoland.  Stay as long as you want.
17 Jul 2012 - 1900-2000. Pack Committee meeting in Bldg 856.
28 Jul 2012 - 1700-2000.  BBQ at Torii station beach.  Bring your own meat to grill and drinks, plus a plate to share.  Pack will reserve the Pavilion and the BBQ grill.
11 Aug 2012 - 1000-1300. Bowling at Camp Foster Bowling Alley.
21 Aug 2012 - 1900-2000. Pack Committee meeting in Bldg 856.
25 Aug 2012 - 1900-2100. Pack 102 end of summer pool party and swim qualifications at the Kinser pool.
04 Sep 2012 - 1830-1930. Location TBD.   First pack meeting of the school year and new scout / parent orientation.
